Lost or Stolen Packages: Dang is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to us at hello@tingschips.com to see what can be done to rectify the issue. To prevent this issue please make sure you double check your address after submitting your order and contact us immediately if it is incorrect.

For purchases outside of tingschips.com: Ting's, LLC will not replace, refund or provide our 100% satisfaction guarantee, nor will we honor our warranty for products purchased from unauthorized sellers on Ebay, Amazon and other internet retailers, and unauthorized brick and mortar retail locations. Authorized Ting's, LLC re-sellers go through specific product training. Therefore, please call us if you would like to confirm our authorized re-sellers to ensure you receive Ting's, LLC's full product guarantee/warranty.
